As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a warm, collaborative approach to therapy for individuals, adolescents, and couples. My focus is on creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood—without judgment or pressure. I aim to meet you where you are and support you in making sense of your experiences at your own pace.

I work from a holistic and strengths-based perspective, helping you build insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with your own sense of direction. I integrate evidence-based practices with a relational approach, recognizing that healing often happens through genuine connection and trust.

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon and possess a Masters’ degree in Social Work.

I approach therapy with compassion and care. I utilize a combination of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy and a variety of modalities so that I may provide therapeutic experiences that are tailored to the needs of each individual. I create a secure space for individuals to explore their emotional landscape, fostering deep healing and personal integration through expert, person-centered care and connection.
