At Senua Counseling Clinic, our clinicians provide evidence-based services for adults, children and families. Our providers have lived experience and clinical training which helps them to truly understand what you're facing.
We provide client-centered counseling services to individual adults, children, couples and families. In-person counseling services are available at our two locations located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Telehealth services are available to all individuals living in Oregon.

Our Approach
Evidence-Based Practice
All services are grounded in empirically supported modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, among others, selected and adapted to each client's presenting concerns and treatment goals.

Our clinicians bring personal lived experience alongside clinical training, so they can meet clients with genuine understanding, not just knowledge. We recruit providers who reflect the communities we serve.
Collaborative & Transparent
Clients participate in shaping their own treatment. Informed consent, clear goal-setting, and open communication are foundational to everything we do.
Billing and Insurance
We accept and are in-network with many commercial insurances, including:

We also work with many 3rd party administrator plans (TPAs), so if you don’t see your insurance listed above, please contact us to see if we can accept your insurance.
We also offer Superbills for out-of-network insurance.
