Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel hard, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin this process. I’d be honored to work alongside you and support you through life’s challenges.

I bring warmth, empathy, and curiosity to my work, recognizing that each person’s story is unique. I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change, even when it may not feel that way. My role is to help you uncover and strengthen that capacity within yourself, and to support you in making choices that lead to a more meaningful life.

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH

I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon. I have over 6 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My primary approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD and anxiety disorders, which involves gradually confronting fear-inducing triggers while reducing compulsive responses, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps accept difficult internal experiences while taking actions aligned with your values. While these frameworks guide my work, I also draw from other therapeutic approaches as needed to best support your individual goals.
