Mental Health Therapist

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m a relational therapist who believes that the quality of our relationships—both with others and with ourselves—has a profound impact on our overall well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Through open, compassionate conversation, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

I try to bring warmth and authenticity into the room, and I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or distant to be effective. Outside of the office, I’m spending time with my husband, our two children, and our Aussie-mix, Shylo. As a native Oregonian, I love being outdoors—and I even miss the rain when it’s gone too long.

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH

I hold a master’s degree in Addiction Counseling with a focus on co-occurring disorders. I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families across a range of settings, including inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy.

My approach is rooted in a relational and trauma-informed lens, with a growing focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am currently pursuing Level 1 training in IFS, a model that helps individuals better understand and relate to the different “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion. I also draw from person-centered and strengths-based approaches, meeting you where you are and tailoring the work to your unique needs and goals.

WHO I WORK WITH
I work with adults (18+) and couples. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, those who identify as neurodivergent, and I am affirming of all gender identities and relationship structures.

I specialize in:

  • Anxiety and emotional dysregulation

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • Parenting stress and family dynamics

  • Addiction and recovery, including co-occurring concerns

  • Identity exploration and self-esteem

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming care

  • Internal Family Systems (parts work)

Growth and healing look different for everyone, and there’s no one “right” way to begin. Whatever has brought you here, I’m glad you’re taking this step. I look forward to supporting you in building greater understanding, connection, and balance in your life.
