My Story
Stephanie Stupfel
MA, Professional Counselor Associate, CADC I
Mental health therapist
I’m a relational therapist who believes that the quality of our relationships, including the one we have with ourselves, greatly influences our overall well-being. My work centers on creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore the challenges that may be affecting your life. Through open and compassionate dialogue, we’ll collaborate to set goals that foster meaningful, lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is uniquely tailored to each person I work with, blending various modalities like cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). For those open to it, I also find that exploring spirituality—whether religious or personal beliefs—can bring additional depth to the therapeutic process.
With a master’s degree in Addiction Counseling focused on co-occurring disorders and a certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I), I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse settings. From inpatient treatment centers to outpatient therapy, my background has taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are at.
When I’m not in the office, I’m spending time with my husband, our two children, and our Aussie-Mix, Shylo. As a native Oregonian, I love the outdoors and even miss the rain if it’s gone too long.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth!
