I’m so glad you’re here! Starting a therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming and daunting. Life is full of transitions, both joyous and difficult. Despite the nature of the transition it can create levels of anxiety, relational conflict, and/or hardship. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues and from a variety of social locations.

I practice a solution-focused therapy approach that assists us in finding strengths and patterns of resilience within individuals and family. I do this with trauma informed care and a social justice lens.

You are the expert of your life and we will explore exception patterns and strengths and build on those as you see fit. Therapy can be rewarding for those who commit to the process. Through our work together my hope is to assist you in living a life you desire!
