Welcome, I know this first step isn’t easy. Starting a therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming

and daunting. Life is full of transitions, both joyous and difficult. Despite the nature of the

transition it can create levels of discomfort, relational conflict, and/or hardship. As someone who

has also taken this first step, I know having a safe and supportive space to explore life's ups and

downs is so valuable.

I am a therapist who explores the big picture. I believe context matters. I focus on the

relationships between people, spaces and history and amplify patterns of strength and resilience

to build on as you see fit.

Outside the office I am a mom of a toddler and a golden retriever. I enjoy being outdoors, year

round sports, and time with people that I can laugh with.

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH

I hold a Master’s degree from Lewis and Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon. I am a systemic therapist and I practice a solution-focused therapy approach that assists us in finding strengths and patterns of resilience within individuals and family. I will use interventions from Attachment theory, Narrative, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to aid in healing past and present hurt and gain understanding around the “why”.
