MA, LPC
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Let’s be honest, life is complicated. I would love to work alongside you as you navigate the challenges and joys of this messy world. Whether you are an individual, a partnership, or a family, I am excited to meet you.
I take a collaborative and flexible approach to therapy, creating a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, explore, and be fully yourself. I tend to follow your lead while also gently helping you notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with emotional experience—when you’re not just understanding something intellectually, but also feeling and integrating it. In our work together, we may explore past experiences and coping, current patterns, and the ways they show up in your life now, while also identifying what you want to shift and how to move toward in a way that feels sustainable and genuine.
CREDENTIALS & APPROACH
My education is in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy, and I received a Master’s Degree at Antioch University, Seattle. I have loved being able to access this dual degree and offer both traditional talk therapy and art therapy to the people I work with. My background is in community mental health, including crisis work, intensive in-home therapy, as well as psychiatric day-treatment. I have also spent time as a behavioral health specialist in a middle school and a high school.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with individuals (children, teens, and adults), as well as couples and partnerships. My work often focuses on identity development and life transitions, emotional expression and regulation, trauma processing, relationship challenges and communication, and building self-esteem and a stronger sense of personal voice. I also support clients who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns of conflict, helping them move toward greater clarity, connection, and alignment.
Therapy with me often feels like a space where you can both slow down and make meaningful movement. We might spend time understanding what’s been shaping your experiences, noticing patterns that keep showing up, and exploring what’s underneath them. I’ll support you in making sense of things, but also gently challenge you when something is keeping you stuck. My goal is for you to leave sessions not just with insight, but with a deeper sense of clarity, self-trust, and the ability to respond to your life in a way that feels more aligned.
