Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel truly heard and understood.

I work from a client-centered, integrative perspective that honors your unique experiences and goals. I deeply believe that our experiences shape who we are, and that we all intrinsically have what it takes to heal and grow. Therapy, in my view, should be a collaborative journey, one where your feedback and insights guide our work together. Rather than focusing solely on what isn't working, I'm passionate about helping you identify and leverage your existing strengths to build resilience and transform patterns that no longer serve you.

Outside of the office I am a mom of a toddler, enjoy being outside, indoor cycling and being with the people I love.

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH

I hold a Master's degree from Portland State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.

As a systemic therapist, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This integrative foundation allows me to tailor our work to what resonates most with you and your specific needs.
