I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has experience working with children and adolescents. In session, I strive to foster a supportive environment that focuses on strengthening skills that promote change and acceptance. I utilize elements of multiple empirically supported approaches but gravitate towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Collaborative Problem Solving.

I have a background in the arts and was a professional ballet dancer for eight years before transitioning to mental health. My therapeutic work includes partial hospitalization, outpatient, and prevention programs where I provided individual and family therapy. My experience has mainly focused on the support for youth but I am not limited to that age range. I welcome all ages.
