Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! Reaching out for support for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. Whether you or your child are experiencing anxiety, emotional or behavioral concerns, or simply going through a difficult season, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth and understanding. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, supported, and connected.

My style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I work to create an environment where children, teens, and adults feel comfortable being themselves while we work together toward meaningful goals. I balance structure with open conversation, offering practical tools while also making space to explore thoughts and emotions. I gently challenge clients when helpful, always with the intention of supporting confidence, resilience, and lasting change.

Outside of the office I am an avid runner and tennis player. I enjoy spending my time with my husband, my family and friends, and my dog Murphy. 

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. Over the past 7 years, I have primarily worked with children and adolescents in outpatient settings, helping kids and teens build coping skills they can use both in and out of school. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which support clients in developing helpful thinking patterns and responding to challenges in ways that align with their values.
