As a therapist I believe you already have everything you need to heal, therapy can be difficult at times and the relationship we create is vital to weather the storm of transformation and change. I am here to support you in reaching your treatment goals, and I firmly believe you are more than your symptoms. It is a privilege to witness and walk along individuals as they are healing. I have worked in different mental health settings such as inpatient crisis stabilization, schools, day programs for youth/adults impacted by disabilities and now as a clinical social work associate at an outpatient group practice. I feel honored to have a wide range of experience working with folks from all walks of life in the Portland/greater community.

I hold a master’s in social work from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Willamette University.

I try to create a space that feels welcoming (come as you are!) and non-judgmental. I believe you have everything you need to make the changes you want to see in yourself. I try not to take myself too seriously, as this work is inherently serious and challenging I work to bring some levity and fun into our space when possible.
