Carly Espinosa
MFT, LPC, CADC I
Assistant Practice Manager
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Thank you for reaching out and considering me as your therapist.
I greatly appreciate being a part of my client’s process, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to identify, heal and grow in all areas of their life - whether emotional, spiritual or social. Utilizing a trauma-informed mindset, I can help you to explore and manage your emotions, learn effective communication techniques and engage in the relationships and responsibilities that are meaningful to you.
I have several years experience working with diverse clients in residential and outpatient facilities, where I learned how to provide a safe environment to help people work through difficult situations or crises. Together, we will collaboratively work to find solutions when you feel stuck or find ways to feel comfortable sitting with your emotions.
I love working with individuals, children, couples, families and groups to help them to discover and achieve their therapeutic goals both individually and in their relationships. My approach is to develop a unique set of tools and techniques tailored to you and your life.
If you choose to work with me, you will find that I am an empathetic listener who cares deeply to help you transform feedback into self-improvement while enjoying the journey of awareness along the way.
