Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, or simply wanting something to change, you don’t have to do it alone.

As a therapist, I am compassionate, direct, and authentic. I believe meaningful change often comes from feeling both deeply understood and gently challenged.

I work from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens. I take an intersectional approach, considering how the many parts of your identity and lived experience shape your perspective and the challenges you face. Together, we can make sense of your story in a way that honors both where you’ve been and where you want to go.

CREDENTIALS & APPROACH

I am a bilingual (native Spanish-speaker) Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling–Addictions from Lewis & Clark College. I also hold certifications in the treatment of substance use disorders and problem gambling.

My clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), and somatic interventions. I draw from these approaches flexibly, tailoring treatment to meet your specific needs and goals.

WHO I WORK WITH
I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan through a wide range of life challenges. My past work has focused on supporting adult survivors of exploitation, childhood trauma, and addiction recovery.

I provide individual services to adolescents (14+) and adults. I strive to create a welcoming, respectful space for BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and neurodivergent clients.

I specialize in:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • First responders and occupational stress

  • Sex-positive support for sexual trauma and intimacy concerns

  • Early addiction recovery

  • Professional burnout

My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and safe enough to speak openly about what you’re carrying. You don’t have to navigate this alone. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
