Thank you for reaching out and considering me as your therapist.

Thank you for reaching out and considering me as your therapist.

Each of us are diverse individuals with personal, unique stories. It is these unique aspects of ourselves that make us who we are. As a holistic therapist who believes in addressing the interconnectedness of mind and body in the healing process. I utilize a person-focused point of view to allow for development of safety, healing, and connection between the mind and body.

My counseling practices involve a strength-based, multicultural focus and approach. It would be a privilege to support your current journey and parts of your journey that you need to process.

As a gender queer individual who experiences the world through autism and ADHD, I aim to explore with clients neuro-affirming practices to process through experiences, emotions, and thoughts that may be impacting you. I provide services with the focus on supporting your authentic self. I utilize a variety of therapeutic lenses such as compassion-focused therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic/Emotions Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
