My Story

Mental Health Therapist

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients that allows them to build insight into their lives, feeling confident, that when they leave a session, what they have learned can be become a part of their everyday lives until it becomes second nature.  I love working with all types of clients, from young children to adults, and have spent the last three years working with clients in the community and in school-based settings. I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach with my clients.

I am a licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and hold a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) amongst other therapeutic techniques.
