My Story

Cera Tetz

MA, NCC, LPC

Mental Health Therapist

Working in high intensity environments with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, I have been honored to learn about their lives and stories. This work has allowed me to help people make positive changes and witness them grow into their authentic self.

Through my own experiences as a client, I learned how important it is to feel safe and supported by a therapist. As such, my goal is to meet you with an authentic and empathetic approach to create a healing therapeutic relationship. My clients have faced and overcome significant traumas, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and have learned new ways to cope with the stress of daily life. Being a part of their journey and helping them to learn the techniques and tools to deal with these issues amongst others is an essential and meaningful part of my role as a therapist.

I enjoy working with all kinds of clients, including individuals, couples, families, parents, teens, and groups. I utilize an emotion focused approach where I invite feedback from my clients and act as a guide to them on their therapeutic journey.

Together, we can help you to be present in the moment and find support to deal with all obstacles, great or small. I hope you’ll allow me to join you on your path to your most genuine self!
